Join de.NBI and de.KCD for an intensive five-day Summer School (28. September - 2. October 2026, Gießen, Germany) at the intersection of life sciences, cloud computing, and research data management. Researchers at all career stages and highly motivated students will explore state-of-the-art methods in genomics, metagenomics, and pangenomics, from reproducible workflows on the de.NBI Cloud to sustainable data sharing with FAIR principles. The Summer School will be a mixture of key-notes, expert lectures and hands-on tutorials and offers, beyond the technical skills, a unique opportunity to connect with community experts as well as other researchers.
Day 5 teaches Research Data Management, featuring FAIRDOM SEEK from eductors Ulrike Wittig and Wolfgang Müller (HITS, de.NBI SysBio).
