Biography

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Architecture and Regulation of Metabolic Networks Group at European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Heidelberg, Germany.

Along with it, I am a PAL in the SysMilk project called on designing microbial communities for fermented milk products via a Systems Biology Approach. This project is a part of the ERASysAPP (ERA-Net for Systems Biology Applications).

Research Interests

In my research, I am strongly interested in microbial community analysis with the application of the Bioinformatics and Omics approaches. I am developing computational tools to reveal co-occurrence and population dynamics of bacterial species, metabolic interaction between species, and horizontal gene transfer within a microbial community.
